File Transfer Security

Your Virtual Drive

When you upload your files to the MilleDrive server(s), we will provide you with a unique URL to download your file. MilleDrive has the right to review your file contents for violations of our Terms of Use. If MilleDrive determines your files is in repeated violation of MilleDrive's Terms of Use we will ban your account and will attempt to contact you. We reserve the right to cancel your account and files from our systems.

MilleDrive does not own the contents of your virtual drive. When MilleDrive receives your files, we will store them in your virtual drive. We will allow your files to be downloaded according to your security settings. MilleDrive has extensive security measures in place to protect your files while stored on our servers and we will prosecute any attempt to access this information without authorization. While we have implemented safeguards, you should be aware that Internet security technology rapidly changes. As such, we cannot guarantee that the safeguards we employ today can protect your personal information from the threats of tomorrow, or that our security measures are failsafe and not subject to circumvention or unauthorized intrusion. You should also be aware that, despite our best efforts, factors beyond our control may result in disclosure of data.

Also, please note that even though we try our level best to protect and safeguard your files from corruption, failure or deletion, computer hardware is never 100% reliable and thus we cannot guarantee absolute safety and security of each and every file a user uploads onto MilleDrive.
